Winter Indoor League 2025 Registration is OPEN!

  • Field Hockey Recreational League for grades Kindergarten-8th. Any skill level welcomed.

    Players will have one practice and game a week.

  • Practice day/time/locations vary by each team depending on availability/age division/location hub.

    Your registration will prompt you to answer your availability for practices. Practices are once a week.

  • Games are on Sundays (and some Saturdays) starting January 11 until March 7

    Games on Sundays are typically in the afternoon/early evening

    MidAmerica East and King Louie’s Sports Complex

  • Absolutely! Beginners are always welcome. Our program is designed for players of all experience levels, including those brand new to field hockey. We’ll teach you/review the fundamentals step by step and make sure you feel comfortable and confident as you learn the game.

Our Pop-In Practices are six weeks of low-cost, high-energy field hockey skill sessions designed for players who want to grow their game without a big commitment. Each 2-hour practice focuses on core fundamentals, confidence, and creativity — with plenty of chances to get reps, learn new techniques, and just play.

Details:

  • When: Wednesdays 5:30-7:30p

  • Where: Douglas Community Center

  • Dates: December 3, 10, 17

  • Length: 2 hours per session

  • Cost: $20 per session

  • Who: Open to all athletes — new and returning — looking to build skill and have fun. Best fit for ages 5th-8th. If your player is outside of this range, email us and we can see what options we have for your player!

December 5 for our Indoor IQ lab that will break down decision making, having field awareness on and off the field, making decisions under pressure, and look at real game strategies
